7-day policy : returns and exhanges must be applied within 7 days of receipt of the product.

In case of return and exchange due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping fee and customs duty.
In case of return and exchange due to product defect or misdelivery, the brand is responsible for round trip shipping fee and customs duty.
Return and exchange of product without confirmed application in advance will not be accepted.
In order for the brand to accept the return, product(s) must be returned in full original condition in its original package, undamaged, unworn, with its label attached, as well as the gift if it was included.
Order cancellation or change of options (delivery address, options) can be made before 11 AM (UTC+9) by the next business day following the purchase date.
Cancellation or change may be rejected if the item has already been shipped.
